Each location in Mumbai in the next 3 months will witness new launches.
With lots of properties coming in the market of branded developers, it is going to be a complete new scene in the Mumbai Real Estate Market.
Developers may not be able to cut the costs - as they have over stretched themselves for 18 months owing to No development because of the New DCR Rules and they have had to pay high interest and had a capital loss themselves.
So it be interesting to see, if they will be able to bend down or what will be the loading factor be.
