Customer Information:
The Members will get information from other Members, Developers, Builders, Loan Agents, Third Parties for various marketing needs.
Credit Card Transactions:
Credit card transactions are processed by a third party. A secure authorization service was chosen for its added security and reliability. Only purchase price, the credit card information and billing address provided by the customer is supplied to the third party. Information collected during transactions is maintained in a secure database for accounting and billing purposes.
Mailing Lists:
The Real Club shall create a mailing lists. All users shall by default receive the mails sent by other members.
User Registration:
The Real Club requires user registration to access and review content/data at www.therealclub.com
The Real Club reserves the right to grant/revoke access to the website to any person/s, corporate body, developer, builder at the sole discretion of the management of The Real Club.
